The Council of Europe in the framework of the Program of Exchange of Best Practices of Local Self-Government of Ukraine recognized the best practices of Ivano-Frankivsk:

      Experience of attracting investments and realization of grant programs.

      There are certain secrets (or rather, the rules) of attracting money to fund community projects. Ivano-Frankivsk has a good experience in this.

     The development of each city depends to a large extent on the ability of the city authorities to solve the most pressing tasks and to implement projects that open up new opportunities, help them to do more things more efficiently, reduce costs, and improve the living conditions of the citizens. But besides, in fact, the definition of the most urgent problems, it is equally important to know where to get the money to solve them.

      City authorities in Ivano-Frankivsk formulated five important city development tasks, which became five projects. Each solved a certain number of problems, and all five projects were implemented in parallel.
     5 development projects for Ivano-Frankivsk:
